    Hi! I'm slated to have ortho surgery very, very soon. I foresee a battle with my insurance company, so that's why i haven't committed to a date. But at any rate, I wanted to ask if anyone had any tips or websites (for products) that will help during recovery. Any would be appreciated! I've loved reading a lot of the other discussions as I don't feel so alone.

    for the iced gel packs I ordered one from: cooljaw.com .. it was much better than the one the hospital provided
